fourth week(the first experiment of the project)

On this week we are going to start our fisrt experiment on doing our project. Our group choose to do a SEED JACKFRUIT COOKIES & SEED JACKFRUIT ICE BLENDED. While we are doing our project it is to hard because it is many problem that we need to solve. so let the picture show how our project done this week:

the one of the preparatio that we need to ake out the seed from the jackfruit

when we had take out the seed we clean it

The first thing we do is boil the seed unti it become soft

we put it on the blender to blend it and we add some walnut

this how it look when it done blend

after the seed done we starting to do our cookies. As usual we beat sugar and butter unill become smooth.

add egg, essen vaniala, blanded seed and flour.Beat until t become dough.

when it become a dough we turn it into the tray to adjust the texture of the cookies.

when it nice we put it into tray to bake in the oven. And we grnish it.

After we bake it in 45 minutes and 180 C. It cook already.
